Fact Finding - Take charge of your own Health:Please review our site and contact us anytime by, phone, email, skype (newyoucostarica), etc. for a no-obligation consult. At this stage, we'll help you create a general outline of your health trip objectives, timeline, personal goals and specific health needs. In addition, we will work with you to address any information requests you have regarding our service, dentists, physicians (CV's), hospitals and procedures. We can provide you with a written preliminary estimate of the health program costs (ballpark) and give you an outline of your options. |

Initial Decision:Once you have reviewed the above outline, and we have answered all your preliminary questions to your satisfaction, we will work together to determine whether or not health travel is appropriate to meet your specific health needs. If so, we work with you and our health professionals and other partners to build a customized cost estimate and proposed itinerary including timelines, physician(s) and accommodation/activities preferences. At this stage we may request specific, health related dental or medical records, x-rays or reports that you may have available which will assist our physicians in establishing a preliminary diagnosis. |

Communication and Review:Upon your review of the above estimate, itinerary and care plan you may wish to speak directly with our physicians and/or related health professionals. We will facilitate a conference call (as needed) with our health provider(s) to address any specific questions or concerns you may have, and to allow you to speak freely with your proposed physician of choice. Once you are satisfied that all your information needs and remaining concerns have been addressed, we will ask for your decision to move forward. |

Commitment and Scheduling:On your approval of your customized health plan, we will request that you book your own travel arrangements to Costa Rica, such as www.cheaptickets.com (this will ensure you get the best deal available) and then provide us with your fight dates. At this stage, you will be asked to make an initial deposit of 10% at least 30 days prior to your arrival date; full payment is due by arrival date (varies depending on your particular case and will be clearly stated). Upon arrival in Costa Rica, you will be met at the airport by your personal representative, given any additional information, and driven to your hotel. Once you arrive in Costa Rica your customized itinerary will take over and your personal driver/guide will facilitate your schedule and ensure your needs are met. We will be in contact and available to you every step of the way (we live in Costa Rica) to ensure your health travel experience is everything you imagined - imagine the New You. |

Dental Travel/Medical Trip:According to your personalize health plan, you will be driven to all your pre/post consultations and appointments by your personal driver/guide who has been trained in CPR and is an expert in taking care of dental/medical patients. (see transportation) In most cases, you will have the same driver/guide throughout your health vacation experience. You will get to know them, and they you -- and they will personally assist you (and your travel partner) throughout your time in Costa Rica as needed. In addition, your NewYouCR Health Specialist (same person you've worked with through these steps) will be there for you too. Once you return home we will remain in contact and follow your progress - remaining available to you. |
