Our Role: NYCR acts as your personal health advocate to assist traveling patients in research, planning and other information services. Through our medical tourism affiliates around the world and our in-depth research we provide information about available medical treatment and recuperation and packages to assist you making an informed decision. Cost Quotes: Any cost quotes given by NYCR are for normal and customary costs for the procedures you request and do not include any costs for additional procedures you book while at the facility or for complications or a higher level of medical or surgical care such as a longer hospital stay, accommodations beyond what is listed on your invoice, additional medications, nursing or physicians care beyond what is normal and customary. Because of the nature of medical tourism and online consults with overseas physicians please note that the prices may change when you are examined overseas if the findings reveal differences in the health history information, images. photos or medical reports that you provide at the time of the online consult or if you add procedures or a higher level of medical care or stay is required.

Privacy/Security: Although we are not bound by HIPPA regulations, we use HIPPA as a standard and will always protect your privacy to the best of our ability - That's our promise to you. We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information. All information is stored in encrypted form in a secure database which is protected by a firewall and hosted in a high security operating environment that is monitored 7 x 24 and not accessible by the public. We use secure socket layers (SSL) encryption for all transactions that we process whenever possible including anytime we transfer personal or registration data.
